DBOOM

My role: illustration, style frames, animation, and motion design.

The 90-second-long animated video uses visuals to explain the company’s service and mission. DBOOM model helps to reach the client’s growth, resiliency, and sustainability goals.

I created storyboards, sketches, and ideas on the visuals accompanying the provided script. Then I suggested brief stills and transitions between them. Following all the feedback, I moved to combine frame-by-frame and vector graphics. The director’s vision defined the choice of using cel animations and hand-drawn feel. The color palette, typography, and branded logo were provided by the client. Coloring as well as editing were the last part of the process.
